My Blog’s First Birthday Giveaway – Rixie Clip Bra Band Tightener

Rixie Clip bra band tightener is a product I reviewed very recently on my blog here.

Rixie Clip have designed a revolutionary product which can enable women to reduce the size of a bra’s band.  Of course, nothing can be better than wearing a band that is firm enough in the first place, but I believe there is a need for a product like this for those whose bras have stretched out with wear, or women who are between band sizes.

Since writing my review on Rixie Clip, I have received a lot of feedback from women who were very keen to try this gadget for themselves.  I am therefore delighted to announce that Rixie Clip have very generously donated two prizes for My Blog’s First Birthday Giveaway!  The first name drawn will receive a three pack Rixie Clip set (black, nude and white clips) and the second will receive a single clip in the colour of their choice.  Please note that Rixie Clips are currently only available in a two hook closure.

To enter this draw, all you need to do is complete the Rafflecopter below.

Good luck!

This would be amazing for me because I've been spending hours altering my old 36D bras (which I used to think I was, crazy considering my size now) for my mother because coincidentally, she's a 34DD!

I have several bras that have gotten too big in the band, but it's such a hassle to alter them to fit, so I keep making do with a somewhat too big band. I'd love to try the Rixie chip to see if it's the solution I've been looking for (at least for my two hook bras, like my Fantasie)!

    I am smack-dab inbetween a 28H and a 30GG and it sucks. Majorly.

Rixie clip would be AMAZING for me. I'm a 26HH and as that size doesn't 'exist' outside beautiful custom polish bras that I can't afford, I bought a 28H on ebay for a nice price, but it's sadly very loose in the band ):! This product is a must-have for me.

I like to "bargain bra shop" and I tend to buy sister sizes as opposed to my real size when they happen to be cheap, and then I adjust accordingly. This would really save time and effort when I buy a bra that's too small in the band but fits well in the cups!

I have a pile of older (but barely worn!) bras that are too big for me. I've been considering altering their bands, but am so afraid of ruining these gorgeous bras with my sub-par sewing skills… I would love to use a Rixie Clip instead!

A 30JJ/K is a very difficult size. I have lots of too-loose bras lying around that would get a new lease on life with the RixieClip.

Not having a lot of money it will be nice to be able to wear my favourite bras that much longer by tightening the band after a year.

I'm in weight-loss mode right now and a few of my stretchier bras are already on the tightest hook despite otherwise fitting. I could definitely use it!

I'm in-between a 36 and 34 band, so these would be great for my 36 bras!

Oh, all my old bras that I have had to abandon could get good use again 😀

Because of weightloss my latest Freya bras are already loose in the back.

I'm a poor student who would like her bras to last longer. I've also purchased the most amazing Miss Mandalay bra in 30H when I need a 28 band, and I would be very upset to lose this bra because it will stretches out quicker! If I win one I will give one to my best friend as a present who needs a 30E but only has 32DDs as I'm not sure what her mother will think if I post her daughter bras 😛

I've recently began wearing the correct bra size, 28GG, but I originally started trying bras at a 30FF, some of which fit in the cup but not the band. It would be perfect for not letting those bras go to waist. Also as a student, I can't afford bra sizes that come at a high price like 28GG. I could save money by finding my sister size 38DD and clipping it (theoretically, I'm not sure to what extent this would work out).

I'm a 28 band size, but lots of pretty bras come only in 30 bands.

I am a 30 band, but i have 32 band bras at the moment which are getting loose fast, so i could really a rixie clip to help the bras last a lottle longer.

I'd love to give these a go – needing a 26 back means I have to alter nearly all my bras before wearing. I often don't have the time so they sit unworn for some time after I've bought them! I'd love to be able to just slip one of these on and wear them.

I have a lot of bras I love, mostly 32 and 34 bands but I find that my weight fluctuates over time and at times my 34 band is just too loose. I can easily help make 32 bigger an extender when needed but until now there was no option to tighten the 34 band other than by altering it more or less permanently, so this seems to be a great innovation! I would love it in 3-hook version though 🙂

This would be brilliant for all those bras that have stretched just a tiny bit too much!

This would be brilliant for me because, until I started reading this blog & Fuller Figure Fuller Bust, I didnt believe that I was the 34 back that the shop assistants said I was! Silly me! So most of my bras are 36G instead of 34G :-/

I have over half a dozen bras that need a Rixie clip. And I have my fingers crossed that a three hook version is available soon.

I could maybe get away with a 32 band, expanding the selection of bras I could wear, if I had one of these clips.

It could make my Deco in 32GG wearable again without altering it 🙂
