I heard the other day that Freya Lingerie are searching for a new blogger. They have relaunched their Freya Lingerie Search For A Blog Star 2 competition in the hope of discovering a fab new talent to join their team. Sounds like a dream role to me!
Freya Lingerie Search For A Blog Star 2 offers the lucky winner the chance to feature on Freya’s superb blog, reviewing lingerie and swimwear and attending all sorts of exciting events.
So, what do you have to do to enter?
It’s easy peasy. Simply download Freya’s Autumn/Winter 2012 brochure and write about your favourite new collection. You are asked to describe the trend which you think it embraces and are invited to upload a photo or even a mood board. The super helpful people at Freya even give an example on the main Blog Star page and you can find all the information about how to enter on their website – just search ‘Freya Lingerie Search For A Blog Star 2’.
The amazing prizes on offer for Freya Lingerie Search For A Blog Star 2 include the chance to write for Freya’s very own blog: ‘Fitting Talk’, a year’s supply of lingerie and swimwear, a digital camera (I so badly need this one!), magazine subscriptions, a Lovefilm subscription, a gym pass, music tickets and tickets to top lingerie and fashion events. It sounds too good to be true!
For me, the greatest part of the Freya Lingerie Search For A Blog Star 2 prize (apart from the new camera, ha!) would be to meet the fab ladies who already blog for Freya – people whose work I have been following for a while now. I am fortunate enough to be friends with Cheryl already but it would be brilliant to get to know Jo, Kerry G and Kerry F as well.
Entries for Freya Lingerie Search For A Blog Star 2 must be in by 15th July 2012, with the finalists being announced on 17th July. The last time Freya ran Blog Star the winner was voted for by Freya fans on Facebook so I daresay the system will be the same again this time around. Either way, the lucky winner of Freya Lingerie Search For A Blog Star 2 will be named in early August 2012, which coincides with the redesign of Freya’s blog – I hear tell that it will be an extremely glamorous affair.

I’m a long-time fan of the Deco, which will sadly never fit me as it does not go large enough in the cups, but I still enjoy living vicariously through the many others whom it fits. I also adore the Lacey and the Lauren. The latter is such a practical but stylish choice as you can’t go wrong with a plain white or black bra! That said, regular readers will also know I am a sucker for bright colours and funky patterns (especially animal print!) so I suppose variety is the spice of lingerie life!
