My Blog’s First Birthday Giveaway Evans Clothing

Evans are a clothing, footwear and accessories retailer for plus sized women.

Their whole reason for being is to provide a wide range of styles and designs to suit women sized 14-32.  Here in the UK they are the biggest plus size brand and have over 330 stores around the country.  I was fortunate enough to attend their recent store opening at Marble Arch, London, which you can read about here.


They also have a fantastic website which has a comprehensive collection of their clothing, footwear and accessories.  Having very wide feet I particularly loved their shoes, boots and sandals and have found them to be very comfortable and stylish.


My current favourites are these:

These gorgeous biker boots are 100% leather and come in sizes 4-10 in both wide (E) and extra wide (EEE) fittings.  They look comfortable, stylish and practical.  In my job I am on my feet a lot and have to regularly go up and down stairs so these would be perfect for me!


And for something a little smarter, I have my eye on these:

  7. My favourite item is the the leather biker boots. It's so hard to find fashionable leather footwear for wide feet, and these boots have it all going on!

  12. I think that the Black Button Booties are my favourite, though some of the bras are gorgeous but unfortunately not in my size. The boots would look adorable with any dress, which is a look that I'm trying to rock this fall.

  14. I love their black casual riding boots because it's not overly done yet not a super plain boot, and I think they'd look great with leggings!

  16. You know what I love? The Purple Twill Swing Coat, because I think it would look great on my shape and the flare would work well for my bigger hips. Also purple. A friend of mine has a coat like this and it looks great!I have a parka, but not a nice coat like this, I would wear it with a dress and boots.

  23. Evans Black Control Slip, because I have been wanting something like that (which allows me to wear my own bra) since ages!

  24. My favorite is EVANS LACE TRIM SATIN UNDERWIRED BALCONY BRA, because of the color. LOVE it, only ever have neutrals.

  32. I am not in UK so was not familiar with Evans before but what I love about their website is that you can "shop by shape" and choose "busty". That is very helpful, at least reduces the risk of choosing something completely wrong. I would be tempted to try some shirts, like the floral printed shirt. Or a jacket perhaps?

  37. I love the Clements Ribeiro Doris dress, beautiful! Perfect for winter, just a bit snuggly but still flattering to the curves.

  38. The brown stitch and zip boots would be perfect, it would be great to have a pair of tall boots that fit properly over my calves
